Mission Statement: To educate the public about the human-canine bond by demonstrating and promoting responsible dog guardianship, safety, and training.
The SOTC Canine Diplomats Program promotes responsible dog guardianship and positive, humane training methods. We engage with our local community to provide outreach and education through presentations, demonstrations, and participation in local events. Canine topics include information about dogs and their daily care, health care, socialization, positive, humane dog training methods, safety around dogs, as well as dog sports and events. The SOTC Canine Diplomats volunteers are club members, who together with their well-trained, well-socialized dogs, exemplify the human-canine bond and share the goal of improving human-canine relationships in our community.
