Seminars

Seminar Slot Cancellation & Refund Policy

Notice of Cancellation for a full refund must occur no later than 14 days prior to the date of the seminar. Notice received less than 14 days prior to the date of the seminar will result in no refund unless the slot is filled by another person, which would result in a 100% refund.

Seminar refunds processed through PayPal will include deducted charges to cover PayPal service fees. Seminar refunds for check payments will include a deduction of a $25 administrative fee.

In the case of an injured dog or handler, or a dog coming into heat, seminar registration will be refunded up to the date of the seminar. Medical proof of injury is required.
